WOO HOO!!! Tuesday was Anna Kate's last day on Cipro! What a relief!! After a MONTH on antibiotics and two weeks without milk, it's finally over!!! We celebrated the great news Wednesday morning with the final visit to Dr. W (at least for this situation) by getting some MILK and chick-n-minis from Chick-Fil-A!
Not only can Anna Kate have milk again, we can also go outside!! Both antibiotics she was on since before Memorial Day had strong warnings about sunlight exposure; considering where we live, this makes it very much a challenge. So now we can finally go play outside at the parks and other outdoor activities! Woo hoo! Happy mama and baby!
She does have a small 2mm knot still right under her skin as well as a small scar on her right thigh. Dr. W believes the knot will work itself out in the next few months and this will all be a bad dream behind us :P.
Just very happy that Anna Kate is no longer any medication :) and life is returning to normal around our place! Yippee!!
