I have to give praise where it's due...Mike did a great job with the yard this weekend. The house is looking great, if I say so myself :). Our rockers came in and Mike put them together this past weekend. They are WONDERFUL!! We have sat outside every night since getting them...and met quite a few neighbors, bikers and strollers while doing so. 
It's been very pleasant here in Central Florida...we're in the high 70s, grazing the 80 degree mark. Partly to mostly sunny...you just can't beat this weather! By the way, the company the restored our home is complete with the restoration of the house next door...Wanna be our neighbor? :)
